As Mothers, who have no time and want to stay young forever, Especially with children, a mother’s job never ends. A few mothers found out a few ways to look like you are on top of your game. You will never have to worry about having acne, dark spots, or wrinkles again. Look the best you can be with proper diet, sleep and exercise. How has your skin changed since you became a mother?

” It has transformed pretty drastically from bad to good skin.  It should have something to do with meal prepping everyday for all 3 meals of the day, with my daughter Silver. Being with Silver meal prepping was also a huge stress reliever, as I would hear her laughs and giggles whenever she’s in the kitchen. What I keep in mind everyday, Eat your meat, whole grains and greens; do physical activity you love; express your emotions”.

What do you eat on a daily basis?

“Honestly, I eat anything and everything that is not processed, natural, whole, and nutrient dense. I do this for myself and my daughter. I eat something different everyday with her, so I could keep up with it, as we get bored of what eat pretty quickly. What I ate yesterday for breakfast was, spinach omelette with whole wheat bread. Lunch was pan fried chicken breast with basil pesto and grilled zucchini and peppers. Dinner was oven roasted salmon with a tomato and lime salsa with steamed green beans. I keep my meals simple with a twist! I strive to fill myself with food with optimal nutrition than many things lacking in nutrition. Since having kids and changing my diet, I feel I look about 10 years younger. Ah, I love motherhood, even if the kids are annoying, they’re just so darn cute”!

Why did you change your diet?

“I have always been about looking less tired and more healthy. Especially after having kids my skin and youth disappeared. Its been a week and my skin is literally tightning and clearing up from changing my diet to clean, wholesome foods . I really like how easy it is to cook, as these foods are delicious on its own. Also knowing the benefits and how good they are for you make eating these things way more enjoyable. I know it sounds weird but everyday I imagine the spinach, salmon, brown rice to be healing my skin, body and mind”!

If you are a mother and you want to look your best again! Do not let anything stop you from looking the way you want. Dieting is a very good start because everyone has to eat anyway- so this only requires you to change up your diet! We promise, from then on, you will feel a lot better!
